At VAULT, we strive to make shopping with us as seamless and convenient as possible. That’s why we’re proud to offer low cost shipping to most countries worldwide!

Here are the details of our shipping policy:

$20 Shipping Worldwide: We offer low cost standard shipping on all orders- a $20 shipping charge will be added at checkout regardless of the destination country.

No Customs or Duties Charges: We take care of all customs and duties charges, so you don’t have to worry about any additional fees.

Delivery Times:

  • USA & Canada: 4-7 business days
  • UK, Europe, and UAE: 7-11 business days
  • Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Middle East: 9-13 business days

Shipping Details:

  • We ship all orders via our trusted shipping partners, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.
  • All orders are shipped directly from USA.
  • If you placed an order that contains multiple items, please note you may receive multiple shipments and separate deliveries.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your package.
  • Please note that we only ship to physical addresses and do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Please note due to recent US customs changes , and most of our designer items being imported from Europe to our facility in USA before being shipped to your destination, any item or order valued at $800 or above may incur slight delays due to new protocols from US Customs, and delays from DHL. 
  • VAULT is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or packages that are marked as delivered but not received or mislocated. In this situation, the carrier is responsible and VAULT will put the customer in direct contact with them to resolve the situation. 

Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. VAULT cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.
