What is your return/refund policy? Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within one hour of placing your order.

Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled after the one-hour window has closed.
Return/Refund Policy:
-We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your order is delivered damaged or incorrect.
All orders go through quality control and are inspected before delivery to ensure they meet our high standards.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, if necessary.

What are available payment methods?
Accepted Payment Methods:
For all orders, effective January 1st, 2025, orders must be paid by:

ALL orders must be paid in advance prior to shipping. Payments not made or cleared within 24 hours of placing an order, will result in cancellation.

I received an email notifying me my order was cancelled or delayed, why is that?
At VAULT, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. However, occasionally, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We want to keep you informed about the possible reasons for delays and our policies regarding them.
Vendor Delays
Sometimes, our vendors may experience delays in shipping products to us, which can impact our ability to meet our estimated delivery times. We work closely with our vendors to minimize these delays, but they can still occur.
Customs
International shipments may be held up in customs, leading to delays in delivery. We comply with all customs regulations and work with our shipping partners to expedite the clearance process.
Keeping it Fair for our Customers:
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we notice has an unreasonable pattern or potential for reselling (orders placed of multiple of same items within an unreasonable time frame).
- If we cancel your order due to suspected reselling or unusual activity, we will notify you via email or phone and provide a refund, if applicable.
- Please note that we take measures to prevent unauthorized reselling of our products and protect our customers from potential fraud.
- Vault also has the right to cancel any order where billing and shipping address do not match, to ensure the privacy and protection of fraud for customers and our company.
- Vault also has the right to cancel or refuse any order where a customer placed a cash on delivery order but did not pay or canceled while in transit.
- Orders coming from the same name, address, phone, email, or I.P. address that were previously linked to fraud, reselling, or cancelled COD orders will be subject to refusal.
Order Cancellation and Refund
In cases where an order is found to be out of stock, we may cancel the order and notify you via email or phone. If your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
